SAPD says 12-year-old killed in a street racing crash

A San Antonio family is dealing with a double dose of heartache. They're grieving for a 12-year-old boy killed in a crash that San Antonio police say was caused by street racing. One of the drivers involved was also a relative of that boy.  Katrina Webber spoke to someone who witnessed it all and says she nearly was a victim too.
