Arrest made in deadly car racing accident

There is no getting out of jail right now for a man accused of racing another driver just before a deadly crash.  A judge denied bond for the man police believe was racing another driver who ended up crashing. That driver and his 12 year old passenger were killed. Katrina Webber shows us how police say they tracked this driver down.
