Bank teller and police officer help stop a scam

It sounds like the plot of an action movie: a man is convinced his wife has been kidnapped, and he has to pay a ransom. San Antonio police say that's the story a criminal told a local man in an effort to take his money. Katrina Webber shows us how an officer and a bank teller worked together to save the day and how a doorbell camera figured into it all.
