Universal City band teacher accused of child indecency, grooming may have other victims, police say

According to court records, a Bexar County judge set Stephen Strawn's combined bond on Thursday at $125,000 on child indecency and grooming charges. Jail records indicate Strawn has since bonded out of custody.
