Atascosa County fire seems like a bad case of déjà vu

It seems like a bad case of déjà vu. That's what people are saying about a fire in Atascosa County that destroyed four homes yesterday and came close to several others. Fire investigators say it started as a grass fire, then quickly spread. As Katrina Webber shows us, the neighborhood is still recovering from a similar situation last year.
