Exclusive: Friend to Marlene Vidal details days leading up to death of her two kids

After hearing of the devastating news that her friend, Marlene Vidal, was charged with the murder of her two kids-- Frances Ramos contacted KSAT to shed light on the case.  She says Marlene had been visibly struggling with her mental health.
