Majority of San Antonio City Council votes to delay decision on SAWS rate hike

A slim majority of San Antonio’s City Council elected to table discussion Thursday on a series of San Antonio Water System rate increases that could raise an average residential customer’s monthly bill by roughly $15 to $17 over the next two-and-a-half years.
