Some San Antonio families are discovering their ancestors didn't just visit the Missions — they *built* them. The San Antonio Mission Indian Descendants Organization is launching the Find Your Roots, Claim Your Story Descendants Legacy Project, partnering with 7 universities to help trace the family histories of potentially 100,000 to 300,000 descendants in Bexar County alone.
