Billy Gene's Restaurant is offering free meals for first responders in Kerrville

This Kerrville staple has been serving the community for 29 years. The July 4th floods raised water levels to their back patio, leaving piles of debris, yet no damage to the inside of the restaurant. They are remaining open for business and offering free meals to all first responders.
