Pie + cookie + ice cream = the ultimate Tootie Pie dessert

Tootie Pie Co. turns 40 and they just dropped the dessert of your dreams with a "pookie" which combines cookie and pie in one bite. The pie company has been serving pies since 1985. They have everything from buttermilk and sweet potato to their 6-pound apple pie. Just this month they also added ice cream inside their Boerne shop.
