Big Nasty Cakes gives you a foodie experience one slice at a time

Food is in her blood. As the daughter of beloved San Antonio restaurateur Mark Outing, Praise Outing grew up around great food. Now, she's carving out her own sweet path in the culinary world with Big Nasty Cakes. Known for her over-the-top creations and signature flavors—vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry—Praise has built a loyal following through pop-ups across San Antonio. Her cakes have become so popular that they even caught the attention of the Spurs organization, which ordered them during this year's postseason run. We caught up with Praise to learn how she's turning her passion for baking into a growing business and continuing the Outing family's tradition of bringing delicious creations to the Alamo City.
