Spring Branch expected to flood as the Guadalupe River flows

Ten to 12 inches of rain fell in Kerr County, resulting in major flooding along the Guadalupe River. While the river is starting to recede upstream, flooding is expected along the Guadalupe River downstream Friday night from Comfort to Spring Branch Spring Branch residents are expected to feel the river’s effects after sunset.
