A fast-moving line of storms will sweep through between 1 p.m. and 6 p.m.

On Valentine's Day storm will be passing from west to east by 6 p.m., which should clear for dinner plans. Some storms may briefly turn strong with gusty winds and quarter-sized hail, but rainfall will generally be light. By early evening, skies will clear, and temperatures will cool slightly.
