Flooding and strong thunderstorms continue for South-Central Texas

A Flood Watch is in effect for South-Central Texas through Friday evening due to multiple rounds of showers and thunderstorms bringing the risk of flash flooding with isolated spots seeing up to 4 inches, and strong northeast winds will contribute to the chilly conditions.
