Update: Due to forecasted thunderstorms on Sunday, all Fiesta activities scheduled for Fort Sam Houston's MacArthur Parade Field have been canceled. This includes the carnival, fireworks display, review and retreat ceremony, and Army Golden Knights parachute demonstrations.
