HEB Black Eyed Pea Hummus

Tasty hummus in 30 minutes

Black-Eyed Pea Hummus

Prep Time: 15 Min.    Cook Time: 15 Min.

 

Ingredients:

  • 2 15.5 oz. can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  • 8 oz bacon
  • 1 cup(s) parsley
  • 1 cup(s) cilantro
  • 1/2 cup(s) green onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

 

Instructions:

  • Chop bacon then cook until crisp. Remove from pan and set aside.
  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor, pulse until combined.
  • Serve with your favorite chip.
