CONVERSE, Texas – A 15-year-old boy was arrested Wednesday and charged for the murder of a 19-year-old man.
Investigators said they believe the 15-year-old boy, whose identity is not being released due him being a juvenile, lured Albert Nelson to Elolf Elementary School on Friday with the intent to rob him.
According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, a phone call had been made to Nelson to make a deal for a bag of marijuana.
Deputies said they believe when Nelson got to the school, the suspect pulled a gun out and shot him.
Nelson reportedly drove away but died a short time later outside his home in the 8800 block of Staghorn Mill.
The 15-year-old boy is charged with capital murder. He is being held at the Bexar County Juvenile Detention Center.
