SAN ANTONIO – Two people are in the hospital Monday morning following a head-on crash on the city's Northeast Side.
The accident occurred around 9:15 p.m. Sunday on O'Connor Road.
San Antonio police said the driver of a red vehicle was traveling on O'Connor Road and was crossing over the bridge above the railroad tracks near Weidner when the driver failed to negotiate the curb and hit an oncoming vehicle.
The drivers of both vehicles were critically injured and taken to San Antonio Military Medical Center for their injuries.
San Antonio police continue to investigate the crash.
