SAN ANTONIO – A man is facing burglary charges after San Antonio police say he was shot in the act.
According to an arrest warrant affidavit back on Feb. 8 the victim said he happened to walk into his bedroom from outside his home and found Pajee Rollings, 26, wearing some of his clothes and taking some of his belongings.
The affidavit said the pair began fighting and that's when Rollings pulled out a gun and pointed it at the victim.
The two men fought over the gun and Rollings ended up being shot, the affidavit said.
The affidavit does not however list where exactly the incident occurred.
