Police said a red Nissan Altima collided with the VIA bus first. The bus then hit a Chevy Blazer in the oncoming lane.

The impact of both crashes caused the bus to crash into the home in the 2600 block of Ceralvo.

All the drivers involved and a passenger suffered minor injuries, but no one inside the home was injured, police said.

Officials said the wreck caused a gas line to rupture at the home and at a vacant house next door.

CPS crews responded to shut the power off and the gas feeding into the homes.
