SAN ANTONIO – A convicted sex offender who sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl reportedly violated terms of his supervision and is now a wanted man.
Joshua Lamar Jackson, 23, was convicted for his role in the rape of a teenage girl at a party in Reedville, Texas. He was sentenced to 10 years of deferred adjudication supervision in 2013. Since then, he has allegedly failed to comply with some of the terms.
"(Jackson) absconded from supervision, failed to register as a sex offender and failed to abstain from the use of drugs and alcohol," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman.
Jackson, a Texas native, has ties to San Antonio, San Marcos and Austin. He is 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds.
