SAN ANTONIO – When police went to question Ruben Rodriguez on allegations he had sex with a girl under the age of 16, he couldn't be found.
In January 2014, officers had a warrant for Rodriguez, 44.
"Police officers immediately issued an investigation, but were unable to make contact with Rodriguez because he immediately went into hiding," said Deputy United States Marshal Chris Bozeman.
Rodriguez has been wanted on a charge of aggravated sexual assault of a child ever since.
"Rodriguez's last known place of residence was on the northwest side of San Antonio where he's possibly still hiding out," Bozeman said.
He's 5'5" tall and weighs 180 pounds. Rodriguez has brown eyes and black hair.
