SAN ANTONIO – A girl who wasn't yet six years old told police Ruben Rivera had sexually assaulted her several times. Rivera was arrested, posted bond and hasn't been seen since.

Tuesday, also his 47th birthday, the United States Marshals Service stepped up efforts to find Rivera, who has a new charge for which he has not been arrested.

"In May 2014, a warrant was issued for Rivera's arrest for failing to appear in court to face sexual assault charges," said Deputy U.S. Marshal Chris Bozeman.

The last time he was seen, Rivera was living on the Northwest Side of San Antonio.

He has brown eyes and black hair.

Rivera is 5'5" tall and weighs 150 pounds.
