Sonny Munoz, 37, accused of 7 counts continuous sex abuse of a child

SAN ANTONIO – A San Antonio man has been indicted, but not yet arrested, on charges he sexually abused a young girl for months. The US Marshals Lone Star Fugitive Task Force is hoping the public can help them put Sonny Munoz behind bars.

Munoz, 37, was indicted in Oct. 2014 on seven counts of continuous sexual abuse of a child.

"The indictment alleged that Munoz sexually abused and violated a female child multiple times over the course of several months. The victim was under the age of 14," said Deputy Chris Bozeman.

Munoz is 6'2" tall and weighs 190 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

"His last known place of residence was on the southwest side of San Antonio," Bozeman said.

If you have any information on Munoz's whereabouts, call the Lone Star Fugitive Task Force at 210-657-8500.
