Lacombe is accused of confronting the victim outside a convenience store around 11:30 p.m. in the 9300 block of SE Loop 410.

Lacombe told the victim he was a "Trump supporter and swung at him several times" before grabbing the man by his "dreadlock style hair, forcing his head down and placing him in a headlock," according to the report, which also said that Lacombe punched the victim several times in the face.
