SAN ANTONIO – A gunman is still on the run, a day after a mother was shot and killed and her 13-year-old daughter was left in a coma.
The shooting occurred in the 21300 block of Highway 281 South near Rockport.

Investigators said the gunman and victims knew each other, but declined to elaborate on the type of relationship they had.
Two other children live at the home; they are now staying with family.
Investigators have not released any information on the gunman.
