SAN ANTONIOUPDATE: The eastbound lanes of Interstate 10 near Wurzbach Road have reopened after a crash on Wednesday morning.

ORIGINAL: Multiple lanes on Interstate 10 on the Northwest Side are closed Wednesday morning due to a crash involving an 18-wheeler.

Four eastbound lanes of the highway at Wurzbach Road are closed as of 7 a.m. Details on the crash are unknown at this time, but Transguide cameras show the incident involved an 18-wheeler and another vehicle.

Traffic is backed up past Woodstone Drive.
