Parker, a point guard for the San Antonio Spurs, won the right to name the cubs through a fundraising event at the Zoobilation Ball. The 34-year-old also named the lion cubs born last year at the zoo.

Zoo-goers can expect to get an up-close look at the cubs and hear from Parker and Zoo CEO Tim Morrow. The jaguar cubs were born in September.

Morrow also will explain the significance of the two cubs’ birth and explain the zoo's involvement in the Jaguar Species Survival Plan.
