SAN ANTONIO – One man cut another man in self-defense Thursday evening, police said.

The confrontation happened while both men were sitting on a bench on the Riverwalk.
Police said one man got physical with the other man, who then took out a pocket knife to defend himself. The man with the knife then slashed the first man's ear.
Both men were taken in for questioning.
