SAN ANTONIO – An alleged child predator is off the streets and is now in the Bexar County Jail. Jimmy Alexis Farias, 21, is charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
An arrest affidavit said Farias sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl. He told her he was only 17.

Police said Farias used to pick up the girl from her home. The arrest affidavit does not state how the two met.
The victim made an outcry to her parents and picked out Farias from a photo lineup as the man responsible for sexually assaulting her.
