Man killed in home shooting identified George Goodlette, 43, was shot and killed late Saturday
SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office identified the man killed in a home shooting on Monday morning.
George Goodlette, 43, was shot and killed around 11 p.m. Saturday in the 3200 block of West Gerald on the city's Southwest Side.
San Antonio police said Goodlette and a woman were inside the residence when someone fired multiple gunshots from outside in an alleyway. Goodlette was shot in the head and the woman was shot in the arm.
Goodlette was taken to a hospital where he later died. The woman was last known to be in stable condition.
A description of the shooter is not known.
Police said the investigation is ongoing.
