SAN ANTONIO – Police arrested and charged a man with murder for a West Side shooting that happened Dec. 30.
An arrest affidavit said the victim, Juan Armando Gonzalez, 28, was in his apartment on the 4000 block of West Commerce Street when Cody Ray Arriola, 22, came over. Police said the two got into an argument.
Arriola fired several shots at Gonzalez, said police, who found the victim lying in the middle of the road. Gonzalez died at the scene.
