SAN ANTONIO – A man accused of exposing himself to a high school student is now behind bars. Joshua Baptista, 32, is charged with indecency with a child.
A student at Lee High School said she was walking home on Sept. 13 on Arroya Vista when a man sitting outside of his car exposed himself.
