SAN ANTONIO – The Bexar County Medical Examiner's office has released the name of the man whose body was found Monday morning on the city's Northeast Side.
Darren Grant, 25, died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Grant was found on Old Seguin Road near FM 78 and Loop 410 not far from the San Antonio Military Medical Center.
Police Chief William McManus said Monday Grant had several gunshot wounds to his chest.
"It's very preliminary and early in the investigation, so there isn't a whole lot that we know," McManus said.
Anyone with information about the man's death is asked to call the San Antonio Police Department.
