Man found fatally wounded in NE Bexar County Shooting was reported at 1 a.m. at Montgomery, New World drives
SAN ANTONIO – The body of a man who was fatally shot was found early Monday in northeast Bexar County.
The discovery was made after a shooting was reported around 1 a.m. Monday at the corner of Montgomery and New World drives, Bexar County Sheriff's Office spokeswoman Rosanne Hughes said.
Deputies found the victim with multiple gunshot wounds, Hughes said.
The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office is working to identify the victim.
No arrests have been made, but investigators said the shooter may be in a silver-colored hatchback that was seen driving on Montgomery Drive.
Anyone with information about the shooting is asked to call the Bexar County Sheriff's Office Tip Line at 210-335-TIPS.
