Berrios is accused of giving a note to a teller demanding money and then taking off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Police released a surveillance picture the day of the robbery, which generated tips that identified Berrios as the suspect.

“In this particular case, we have no other evidence that anybody else was involved, just Mr. Berrios himself. He’s the main culprit in this case,” said Officer Doug Greene, with the San Antonio Police Department.

Detectives said Berrios has not been linked to any other bank robberies, but they are still going through every piece of evidence.
