SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Police Department and Crime Stoppers are asking for tips to help them track down a killer in a 3-year-old murder case.
On May 4, 2013, Noe M. Hernandez, 42, was found shot to death in the living room of his home in the 600 block of Rigsby Avenue.
