SAPD originally charged Rojas on Monday as "John Doe" after he was hospitalized.

Rojas remains in critical condition Tuesday morning, SAPD said.

Footage captured at the scene Sunday afternoon appeared to show Rojas being treated for a gunshot wound to his torso.

Court records indicate Rojas has an extensive criminal history, including several felony drug possession charges, DWI, assault, criminal mischief and resisting arrest.

SAPD said two victims who were hit by shrapnel during the incident have been released from the hospital, along with a third person who complained of chest pains.

The other suspect, Jason Prieto, was charged with capital murder and two counts of aggravated robbery.

San Antonio police said they believe Prieto ran away after the incident.

Converse police tracked down Prieto at Loop 1604 and Cooper Gate, where he was involved in a crash. He was turned over to San Antonio police.

More arrests are possible in the case, police said.
