SAN ANTONIO – A man accused of being involved in a shooting in March has been arrested and charged with two felonies.
The shooting was apparently the result of a dispute over some missing dogs.
According to court documents the crime happened on March 24, when the suspect confronted the victim about some stolen dogs just before the shots were fired.

The suspect has been identified as 17-year-old Joshua Rene Losoya.
According to the warrant, the victim in the case was visiting friends in the 500 block of Jamaica Drive on the city's West Side.
The victim told investigators he noticed a car parked in the front of the home and he walked outside to see who was in the car.
That's when Losoya and several other people got out of the car and confronted the victim.
Losoya allegedly asked the victim where his stolen dogs were and when the victim replied he didn't know where the dogs were Losoya reportedly pulled a gun from his waistband and fired several shots at the ground near the victim.
The victim was not hit by gunfire but a second victim was shot in the hand and the stomach.
The affidavit stated Losoya and his friends got into their car and took off.
The victims and several witnesses provided statements and were able to pick Losoya out of a photo line-up, identifying him as the shooter.
Losoya has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon which is a first degree felony. He's being held without bond.
