SAN ANTONIO – San Antonio police are investigating a shooting that happened around 1 a.m. Saturday in the 6600 block of Gallery Oak.
According to police, four teens were in a car when they were allegedly shot at by someone in another vehicle.
One of the teenagers suffered a gunshot wound to the back of the neck.
The victim told authorities the shooting happened on Loop 410 and Marbach Road, but later changed his story and told police that it happened on Loop 410 and Highway 90.
The victim is being treated at University Hospital in stable condition.
