Trinity University dorm evacuated due to fire

Investigators say the cause was electrical

SAN ANTONIO – A dormitory at Trinity University was evacuated early Sunday morning due to an electrical fire. 

According to the San Antonio Fire Department, they received a call around 2 a.m.

When they arrived, they found an electrical shortage had caused a fire in one of the rooms. 

The building was evacuated and the fire was quickly put out. 

Investigators are looking into the amount of damage cause. 

SAPD said no one was hurt.
