SAN ANTONIO – Police are investigating a head-on crash that left one woman dead on Saturday afternoon.
The crash happened about 12:30 p.m. Police said the woman was driving eastbound in the 4100 block of Thousand Oaks, near Scarsdale, when her car veered into westbound traffic.

The woman’s car was collided head-on by a pickup truck. She died at the scene and three passengers were taken to the hospital. It is unknown if the driver in the pickup suffered any injuries.
Police are investigating to see if the woman suffered a medical episode. Witnesses said she was swerving before the crash.
