DALLAS – The NFL announced the 2016 regular season on Thursday, with the Dallas Cowboys getting at least six national television appearances.
The regular season opens on Sept. 11, when the Cowboys will host the New York Giants at home, marking the fourth straight season the Cowboys will open at home.

The Cowboys will have five games that will be nationally broadcast in primetime. Three of those will be at the AT&T Stadium -- two on NBC and one on ESPN Monday Night Football.
The Cowboys will face five teams in 2016 that qualified for the playoffs in 2015: Cincinnati, Green Bay, Minnesota, Pittsburgh and Washington.
