ESPN.com’s Chris Haynes reports Murray will work out with Kawhi Leonard over the summer in San Diego.

Leonard is known for having a tireless work ethic during the offseason.

Leonard had a career year for the Spurs and has improved his game every year since he came into the league in 2011.

He is one of three finalists for the 2016-17 league regular season MVP award, which will be handed out on June 26.

Murray wrapped up his rookie season with San Antonio in solid fashion.

He was asked to play more minutes after Tony Parker’s injury in the playoffs and played well in the Western Conference Finals against eventual NBA champion Golden State, averaging eight points, nearly four rebounds and three steals per game.
