World War II veteran killed in battle finally laid to rest
A ceremony was held Monday at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery to honor a World War II veteran who was killed during a battle in France. PFC Clinton Smith, a Corpus Christi native, was finally laid to rest after his remains were identified almost 80 years later. KSAT photojournalist Ken Huizar spoke with one of Smith's relatives who is glad to see him get a proper burial.
