Man injured in hit and run accident
Victim was taken to University Hospital for their injuries
SAN ANTONIO – A man is in the hospital and San Antonio police are looking for a hit and run driver following a vehicle accident overnight.
The accident was reported just before midnight at the intersection of West Travis and North San Jacinto Street, found just West of downtown.
Police said when they arrived on scene they found the man laying on the sidewalk and a bike in the street along with some tire marks on the road.
The victim was not able to give a description of the vehicle that hit him.
The man was taken to University Hospital for his injuries. His condition is not presently known.
The investigation is ongoing.
