Donald Moffett partners with McNay Art Museum to debut interactive exhibit

The exhibition runs through Sept. 11

SAN ANTONIO – Artist, San Antonio native and Trinity Alumnus Donald Moffett has partnered with the McNay Art Museum for an interactive exhibit that shines a light on nature, the climate crisis and climate change.

The artist’s first-ever collaboration with the McNay features his signature abstract sculptural designs, antique furnishings from his home and art pieces from the museum’s personal collection.

According to the McNay, the idea was to bring these different elements together to create a cohesive exhibition that successfully highlights the connection between humans and nature.

There are four sections of the exhibit -- fall, winter, spring and finally, summer.

Visitors will be taken on a journey through each season of life in the exhibit as they are met with various sounds and art displays.
