Steak Sammies wth horseradish and blue cheese mayo

INGREDIENTS
- cup CM Garlic Aioli
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Horseradish
- 2 tbsp. Blue cheese
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- For the Sammy
- 1 loaf Artisan crusty bread
- 1 head Butter lettuce
- 1 beef steak tomato, sliced
- Sauce
- ½ cup CM Garlic Aioli
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp. Horseradish
- 2 tbsp. Blue cheese
- 1 tsp. Lemon juice
- For the Sammy
- 1 loaf Artisan crusty bread
- 1 head Butter lettuce
- 1 beef steak tomato, sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Combine the first 7 ingredients into a plastic bag and marinate for 30 minutes.
2. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
3. For the sauce, combine all 5 ingredients and stir well.
4. Place the chicken on the grill and cook for 4 minutes per side.
5. Remove the chicken and cut into thinly sliced pieces.
6. Place the piutas on the grill for 1 minute per side.
7. Place the pita onto a plate and top with chicken, sauce, lettuce, tomato, and pickles.
