As part of the program, members of the Stock Exchange are encouraged to donate to the initiative.

"Companies that are members of the New York Stock Exchange that would say, 'You know what, I want to designate my donation to go to small business in Texas,' they can do that," said Accion Texas President/CEO Janie Barrera.

Local businesses interested in obtaining a loan are encouraged to contact Accion by phone or through their website.
