SAN ANTONIO – Legendary rocker Gene Simmons donated one of his treasured guitars to the Hard Rock Cafe on Sunday while he was in town for the KISS tour.
Fans at the Hard Rock Cafe on Sunday afternoon got a chance to see Simmons give away his Double Silver Dragon Punisher Bass guitar to the Hard Rock collection. Hard Rock also gave away a signed Gene Simmons Axe II Bass guitar and a pair of tickets
with backstage photo for two at Sunday night's concert.
Proceeds from the fan event will benefit Musicians on Call, which brings live music and records to the bedsides of hospital patients.
The Tour: KISS and Motley Crue perform at the AT&T Center on Sunday night.
